In the 2023 TechInsights (formerly VLSIresearch) Customer Satisfaction Survey, a prominent survey that relies on customer input, Plasma-Therm RANKED 1st in the Etch & Clean Equipment category. Moreover, our company has captured the first-place slot for Etch & Clean Equipment every year since 2012, making this our 12th consecutive win.
This year, Plasma-Therm was ranked one of The 10 BEST Suppliers of Chip-Making Equipment. We were also named one of THE BEST Suppliers in the category Wafer Fab Equipment (WFE) to Specialty Chip-Makers, garnering a 4.5-star rating. This is our 14th consecutive year as THE BEST Supplier in Fab Equipment. We received our highest customer ratings in the areas of Commitment, Support After Sales, and Trust in Supplier.
Begun in 1988, the annual Customer Satisfaction Survey is the only publicly available forum for providing feedback on the customer service and product performance delivered by semiconductor equipment and subsystems companies. This year, TechInsights collected feedback from more than 63% of customers in the semiconductor equipment market and 80% of subsystems customers.
