We have two older systems of [theirs]...I have been trying for 9 months now to get him to tell me what their new revisions of software will fix or enhance and I just keep getting the run around. Now here you guys send out this notification of a new release with all the fixes and enhancements and I didn’t have to ask for it. WOW! I just wanted him to see how software upgrades and releases should be handled.
