Plasma-Therm abides by all U.S., state and local laws pertaining to environmental activities, including incidents, and will publically disclose if and when it has any fines and penalties.

Education and training is provided to ensure that employees have appropriate knowledge of regulatory requirements, internal standards, and the organization’s social and environmental policies and objectives. Plasma-Therm ensures that any persons performing tasks for or on its behalf that have the potential to cause a significant environmental impact will be trained and records will be kept. This will be reviewed on a periodic basis.

Statement of Social Responsibility


Plasma-Therm is serious about its corporate responsibility for environmental protection. A recent revision of our corporate environmental policy increased the focus and resources applied to environmental responsibility. Our Environmental, Health, and Safety team provides leadership to the business, ensuring sound processes for compliance and a focus on the environment. Although we are not ISO 14000 certified, we are compliant to all aspects of the certification.

Health and Safety

The health and safety of our employees is paramount. Plasma-Therm has a company-wide health and wellness program that ranges from dietary counseling to in-house fitness center and competitive wellness activities.

The safety of our workplace is crucial to healthy employees. Plasma-Therm’s safety program includes monthly safety measures, countermeasures, and annual training on a wide variety of safety topics. Additionally outside services are used to help audit and create ever-increasing safety standards.
